Over our sixty years in the industry, Stone City has continued to add services and capabilities for our customers that are a complement to our own specializations of metal stamping, design services, and custom sheet metal fabrication.
Our goal has been and continues to be providing a quality metal stamping service for our customers. To add to our precision stamping service, we work with a variety of sub-suppliers, each which can complete a variety of value-added services for the parts and components we produce.
In-House Services
We are able to work with a variety of different types of metals and alloys. While a lot of the work we do is with carbon steel or stainless steel, we also work with the softer metals such as copper, brass, and aluminum. This is very beneficial for many of the OEMs we work with as we can produce many parts and components they require.
In addition to our metal stamping service, we also offer several other services in-house. We are able to complete brake press forming work, which can offer a very efficient and low-cost way to create simple angles and shapes.
Our team is also able to complete spot and nut welding as needed. To round out our services we also provide kit packing and assembly of parts and components, which is very helpful for small to large-sized OEMs as it saves having to complete this work through another company.
Sub-Supplier Services
Our carefully vetted and highly experienced sub-suppliers can provide a range of different plating and finishing services. As we can arrange for the ideal plating service for your specific parts, this saves the OEM one additional step to oversee in part production.
We are also located close to main highways and, in our central position in the state, we are not far from Cincinnati, Louisville and Indianapolis, which is ideal for logistics a supply chain organization.
